No Refunds Policy is applicable.

Replacement takes place only If the buyer claimed Within the 10 Days of the date of delivery

Product replacement will be issued with free shipping if there is a manufacturing defect or other error by Dental Home Care
Product replacement will be issued if the customers have placed a wrong order size, brand, quantity. Products should be in original packaging.

PRODUCT SHIPPING ERRORS: Waiver Restocking and Shipping Charges for return of items incorrectly ordered apply only to orders placed on-line or orders confirmed by e-mail.

Original invoice number and purchase date must accompany product in order to process the replacement.

The returned product must be enclosed in original package with safe, protective packaging such as a padded envelope or box.

If you are returning items purchased at a quantity discount price, the credit of these products may result in a price adjustment for products not returned.
